When do we get our costumes?

Costume forms can be completed here and are due back with payment made no later than Friday September 13th.
Once form has been submitted & payment by all class members are made, we will order that class’ costumes.
Any students who have not submitted their forms, or made payment will not be ordered & extra costs will incur to ensure costumes arrive on time.

Once costumes have arrived and have been allocated to their correct dancer, they will be handed out on week four of term four.

Is your student in two or more classes?
You will need to do multiple transfers when paying for their costumes (if paying via direct debit).
This is so we can mark them off their class role as paid and have a clear list of transfers.
See costume page for list of classes & what to put as reference.
Too hard? Paying cash or cheque is fine too!

Are rehearsals compulsory?

Yes! All rehearsals are compulsory for all students.
We give out our key dates & times mid-July to give our students time to arrange their extra curricular & work schedules around these few weeks.

How do we buy tickets? And how much are they?

Concert tickets will go on sale mid-October.
You buy them via TryBooking & we will make the links available on this page once they go on sale.
It is set seating in the hall & all attendees must stay in their seats for the duration of the show.
We are working on a better seat layout for this year & we hope it can accommodate everyone… If we could afford tiered seating, we’d get it!

2019 Ticket Costs
Adult $18ea
Concession $12ea
Under 2 years FREE*
*spectators under 2 years MUST be on a lap or in a pram for the duration of the concert. There is to be no children running around the hall or at the front of the stage as this can be distracting for not only the dancers, but the other audience members.

Can I film my child on stage?

NO!
This is to protect our choreographer’s copyrighted work.
It is also protect those students who have a no-photograph policy.
We have been reviewing some of the legislative requirements we have to follow when running an eisteddfod with children under the age of 18, this includes Copyright requirements, Child Protection requirements and adherence to the Child Safe Standards.
In order to comply with these requirements, we must not allow any filming or photographing of any performances.
We must also not allow any filming or photographing in any of the changerooms.

We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.

We hire a well recommended professional videographer & photographer so you can get the best footage possible.

So how much are dvds?

DVDs are $35 per disc and forms will be available to download here in term four.
